Water Damage

This home was used as a vacation get-away and the water heater leak went unnoticed for much longer than the homeowner originally thought. We were hired to replace the flooring and possibly some subfloor. Unfortunately, removing the floor and subfloor uncovered a massive amount of hidden damage. There was serious structural damage in the floor joist system and adjacent walls. A simple re-flooring job quickly evolved into an extensive renovation and repair effort.
